Personality:
-Very smart and cunning. Although he often uses his brains to pull pranks. He likes to act dumb.
-Rebellious. He doesn't like being told what to do. He often mocks his superiors. A bit of a smart aleck.
-Sensible. Although he's a troublemaker, he has a good sense of justice. He acts selfish and arrogant but he knows when to get serious.
-Usually very easygoing and likes to have fun. He can be pretty flirty when he sees a girl that catches his eye.
-Naturally very studious. However he tends to put things off until the last minute.

History:

Born in Cuba, he was placed in an orphanage not too long after his birth. Adopted by a strict American military family at the age of 4, he became the perfect son. Smart, athletic, obedient, and oozing with potential. He graduated top of his class and entered one of the top universities in the nation.

However, after moving out for college, he abused the freedom his parents gave him. Richard experimented with drugs, drank underaged, vandalized property, and eventually got kicked out of college. After being charged with DUI hit and run, which left the victim seriously injured, his father forced him to enroll into Milizia to straighten out his bad behavior. He applied in the medical division in order to atone for his crime.

-He secretly likes cute things like small animals and stuffed toys. He's a real dog lover.
-His birth name is Juan Santiago. His friends call him RJ.
-He wears a cross earring on his right ear that one of the nuns he was close to at the orphanage gave him. It was originally a necklace but he turned the pendant into an earring instead.
-Richard was born with dark brown hair. He isn't naturally blonde.
-His birth name, Juan, means "God is gracious." His given name, Richard, means "strong power."
-He's not very photogenic.
-Has a soft spot for children.
-Sense of chivalry. He's polite and helpful around girls. He tends to address girls by Miss or Princess.
-Bad eye sight from studying too much when he was younger. Normally wears contacts.
